Signal Mitchell, Substance Use Disorder Professional

Hello, my name is Mrs. Signal Mitchell BA, MS, QMHP SUDPT, I am from North Carolina. I relocated to Washington 3 years ago with my Husband. I have two kids and 4 bonus kids who are all adults. I have been in the Mental Health/Substance Abuse field for 30 years and enjoy what I do. I gained my skills from owning/operating Mental Health Residential Group Homes where I provided care for Adults with Disabilities and Operated a Licensed Substance Abuse Agency. I have a BA. In Communication Arts, and a MS in Criminal Justice. I currently am licensed as a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee, A Licensed Phlebotomist, A Notary Public, and A First Aid /CPR Instructor just to name a few. I enjoy community service and being able to help others. I am also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. where we stand on the principles of Service, Scholarship, Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood. My hobbies are singing, and event planning.
